Vetrostone USA does not offer refunds on sample ordering. If there are any questions about our exquisite collection of colors, including product customization, kindly contact our Customer Service team with your inquiries. 

• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm, excluding holidays in the United States.

 

• Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 12:00 p.m. EST or your order will not be processed until the following business day.

 

• Sample order boxes are shipped flat rate and should arrive within 2-3 business days after order has been processed by Customer Service. Items shipped to customers in some remote locations may not be possible or may incur additional delivery charges.

 

• Please note that we cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes.

 

How do I know if an item is unavailable?

If an item is unavailable on our site, it will be marked "Out of Stock".
